Since opening our doors in 1996 there have been over 635 closings, and last month Hualalai Resort surpassed the $2 billion sales mark! 2011 was our 3rd best year since opening and 2012 is off to a terrific start with 22 closings totaling $73,825,000 compared to 12 closings in 2011. A result of these strong sales is a reduction of inventory levels, which we have not seen in a few years. There has been a 50% reduction in condo residences, a 30% reduction in villas and a 15% reduction in homes from June 2011.
